  • Accreditation does not include travel, accommodation and partners.
  • Media accreditation will only be issued to actively covering, legitimate media who wish to attend OppiKoppi to report on the event.
  • Applications for media accreditations should be submitted, including proof of press, no later than 45 days prior to the Festival. Your application is not considered complete until receipt of proof of press. Further information may be requested by the OppiKoppi.
  • If you are approved for media accreditation, you will receive confirmation by email. Please allow OppiKoppi 14 days to consider your request.
  • The OppiKoppi organisers reserve the right to allocate the level of accreditation.
  • Journalist accreditation to attend OppiKoppi activities is complimentary.
  • Photographers need to contact OppiKoppi to photograph the festival.
  • Filming is strictly forbidden during sets. Footage can be provided by OppiKoppi to TV stations. For further information, as well as material and facilities available to journalists, please contact or refer to the 2017 Media Pack.
  • All material supplied by OppiKoppi to journalists is strictly only to be used for OppiKoppi coverage.
  • The OppiKoppi organisers reserve the right to decline media accreditations.
  • You may be requested to send your 2015/2016 OppiKoppi coverage (articles, blog posts, TV programme etc). Failure to do so may jeopardise the processing of your 2017 media accreditation.
  • Media accreditations issued for previous festivals does not guarantee entry to OppiKoppi 2017.
